Hi,

I'm testing ARIS Cloud Basic and I'm having problems if the internet connection fails.

Each time I loose the connection some models are locked and it's impossible to unlocked.

Is there any way to unlock this models?

Find attached the error message.

The issue was solved at the end of septembre.
