You can access online learning at https://learn.softwareag.com/. I took these 2 courses:

• ARIS Process Mining Basics
• ARIS Process Mining SaaS Essentials

Apart from it, my company also invited Software AG's partner Leonardo to train us up on it. Pretty good as well.
