Once Process Models are released in ARIS then how does Operation team handles life cycle management process for any issues in ARIS

Issues reported by Business User can be:

a) ARIS Aware dashboard is reporting incorrect values

b) Links provided in ARIS process Model or FAD is not opening

c) ARIS to BPMN conversion not working

d) Any FAD parameter is incorrect

e) APG not workign correctly

f) Any other issues like these....

So do the user raise these issues in a separate Service management tool and ARIS operational issues will be passed on to ARIS adminstrator or LCM responsible?
