when i open an existing model of mine the system prompt me to activate my account, but when i enter my username and password, then it checks / validates my username and password but does nothing...can you please assist?

please describe the behavior more in detail:
- you open express, but no dialog to confirm the account is shown
- but if you open an ARIS Express document, then the dialog to confirm your community account appears?
Express is actually not designed to work like that... normally, directly after the start, the account is checked, and,.if already confirmed, you are not forced to do this again.
Do you open the ARIS Express document via double click in the Windows explorer?
If that is the case, then most likely, the folder in your user account is deleted.
