How to publish ARIS process models within a corporate portal environment?

ARIS Business Publisher is the replacement of ARIS Web Publisher. The output has been integrated in various portals, so I guess this should also be possible with your portal software. There are 2 different export features. The static HTML export is just a set of simple HTML pages. But the real power of ARIS Business Publisher is when you use the real export. For example, it allows you to view attributes or enforce access restrictions.

Hi Balaji,

I think there are as many different ways as there are portal and website technologies :-( Some customers use ARIS Business Publisher to build up an own "process portal" and link it from their Intranet pages. Others directly embed process models in their Intranet pages. You might be interested to talk to our ARIS consultants about how to solve it for your specific use-case.

I newly started using the ARIS tool, It would be a great help if you clear my below query.

By using the Evaluation Filter we can filter the content in the reports generated based on the scripts and publish it.

We have a site which is created to publish all the business process flows created in the ARIS server so that everyone from our organisation can view the process model through that site.

Now we have decided to have a standard script which can be used to generate the report for any new database models created. But when i create the report its available in the server but we want report generated to be available in the site as well.

Could you please provide your inputs on how to achive this.

Our modellers are making several updates to their models in ARIS and have requested that the updated models be published everyday. Is it possible to set up a script and schedule it to run daily?

Hello Natasha,

you can use the scriptrunner feature to run scheduled report scripts on Business Server.

In addition there is a standard report to create a new Business Publisher export.

In order to update an existing one you need to write a custom report script as discussed here
