Name change in Solman blueprint not taking effect in ARIS after synchronization.

I assume that it has nothing to do with transports as other changes have been updated as well in ARIS if I understood you correctly.

I think that the reason is more related to the integration of content from another template project. Have you checked whether the SAP ID is consistent on both side for the relevant function / item? I assume that there is no relationship between your object in SolMan and the one in ARIS.

The ARIS version is 7.1.0.478722.   Do you believe this outdated version could be the culprit?

The is an established relationship between the Solman object and that of ARIS through the SAP ID.  I also verified that with the node info in Solman.

To prove the problem, we rename this ARIS object in ARIS.  We rename the object that it is synchronized to in the Solman template project.   To our surprise, synchronizing from Solman to ARIS, the ARIS object doesn't take the name of the template it is synchronized to..... it actually takes the name of the OTHER TEMPLATE PROJECT from which the process was sourced from....

Please advise if this is an inherent fault of the 478722.   I don't get this error with the 7.2 version.

I am novice at ARIS Business Admnistration. I am trying to explore all the features of ARIS Business Architect. As a part of that i was trying to explore Solution manager blue print and configuration options in SAP tab but could not as they are disabled. I am trying to use them on a already Solman Synchronized project and i have doen logging with SAP credentials also but still could not figure out. Please help in this regards,

I use ARIS version 7.2XXXXXX.
