SOLMAN Sync Error- from SAP SOLMAN 7.2 sps 12 to ARIS 10 SR7

Hi All,

I am facing the below error while downloading branch from SAP SOLMAN 7.2 sps 12 to ARIS 10 SR7.

com.aris.modeling.server.bl.logic.sm72.logic.exceptions.ASM72Exception: Request failed after 5 attempts: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL:

Is there compatibility issue with ARIS and SOLMAN or Is there any issue with SAP JCO, does anyone have idea on this?

Please help!!

Hi Gnana,

We faced the same issue (but then with ARIS 10.0.6).
The issue was at the SAP side.
For us the solution was to increase the timeout parameter for http connection at SAP end.
After changing the above and rebooting the SolMan server the HTTP 500 error was resolved.
Unfortunately I don't know to what value the timeout parameter has been set, but your SAP team should be able to support with that.

Maybe stating the obvious, but did it also not work after rebooting the server?
