Define your own colours in a pie chart/line chart

Hi

Can you define colours in a palette on a pie (and line) chart – i.e. on matched = green and missing = red plus other combinations of predefined coulrs relation to a slice or line - as the number of pie chart splits seem to be are fixed and I don’t want auto colour selection
