We have purchased the Professional version which enables us to create MashApps; does this also include any read-only viewers which would allow additional users to access the system without the ability to create or edit MashApps. If so, how many read-only viewers’ users can we create and if we would need any more, what would be the cost for additional read-only viewers?
There is probably a process to set up users somewhere - where can I find that?

there is only one place for user management in MashZone, that's the one you probably know, already: Administration | User management.
MashZone Professional Edition enables you to grant read/write rights to users or groups on a MashApp and data feed level. Based on this you may share MashApps or data feeds with others on a read-only basis. They can invoke the dashboard but cannot modify it.
In MashZone Professional (and lower Editions) there is no way to forbid users to create their own MashApp or data feed from scratch.
MashZone offers a named-user based license policy. Via user management you may promote some users to become an administrator.
In contrast to Professional Edition there is MashZone Enterprise Edition. It introduces another role so, in essence, there are three types of users:
- Viewers - these are exclusively available in Enterprise Edition. User management in Enterprise Edition enables you to assign this role to users. Viewers cannot create MashApps or data feeds.
- Editor - this is a named user you already know. Based on access rights they are eligible to create and modify content.
- Administrators - this is a named user you already know. At least one user must takes this role.
