I wold like to see what browser ARIS 9.7 SP2 supports. I think I need to review ARIS Platform Matrix but I cant find this document.
Can someone help me please.

Dear Aid,
Please log into the customer portal Empower at https://empower.softwareag.com/. Then use the shortcut http://documentation.softwareag.com/aris/index.htm to get to the landing page for the ARIS documentation. And then scroll down to your ARIS version and open that ARIS Platform Matrix matching your ARIS version.
All of those documents are available also on the ARIS Download Center at http://aris.softwareag.com/, either as part of the complete ARIS DVD or as a separate download. However, there only for the most recent releases. such as 9.7 SR2 and 9.8 SR1.
As answer to your question about supported browsers for ARIS 9.7 SR2:
- IE8 for all products except for ARIS Connect Designer
- IE9 for all products
- IE10 & IE11 for ARIS Connect Viewer/Designer only it IE's compatibility mode
- Firefox 24 and higher
- Chrome 27 and higher (42 and higher for ARIS download clients only with NPAPI workaround)
