I would like to ask when SAG will stop to support ARIS 9.8.10?

You can find all information about support & maintenance on the Empower portal.

There you also find a general description of Software AG's maintenance policy.
The 9.8 series reaches end of standard maintenance 30th April 2020, except on operating systems where Microsoft support ends prior to that. Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 reach end of support on 31st January 2020. So that is 3 years after the release of the ARIS 10 series. Sustained support lasts for 1 year after that (no new fixes created, but support in applying fixes created during standard maintenance).
