Hello; I cannot access Aris Cloud, although I entered the correct log in data (project room totalsoft); I tried to reset the password but it doesn't work. Can you please advice?
I checked the system and I could not find a project room with the name totalsoft or totalsoft1 as you mentioned. Are you absolutely sure with the project room name? If not, please use the "Forgot project room name" functionality.
