Can you help me, please? Why Aris show text in blocks in Edit mode, View mode, PDF files in different ways?

Text do not fit the block, and part of the text is hidden in pdf or reports.
I use Tahoma 9 as a default font and still struggle to fit text in blocks.
1. Can I make borders (margins) minimal?
2. What approach do you use to fit text in blocks?

I have ArisCloud Advanced and have changed Standard font to Tahoma 9 (Configuration, Conventions, Font formats).
I use the default template, the font is "standard" in the template and I couldn't find there to minimise margins (see files attached).

You could change the size of the symbol via the scaling settings.
Or you change the font of the font format standard to another size

With ARIS Cloud Basic this cannot be configured. The only idea I have is to use another font or font size or to change the size of the symbol.
In ARIS Cloud Advanced you can predefine this via a template.
In ARIS Cloud Enterprise this can be configured for the symbolsin general via a cloient
