today my free trial version of Aris Cloud expire. I will buy a license for 3 months but I will conserve the model already made in my account.
The last time I exported the database it wasn't in the right format for being imported into the new account. Could someone please help me?
The format for the exported database was .cbk but I need a .adb for the importation.

Hi Alice,
The reason why the database download would be in the incorrect format may be browser related.
If you use IE it will create a '.cbx' file.
Please try using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome for the '.adb' format.
What project room and database are you trying to download.

I am not sure why the file export as a cbk.file.
I usually export my databases by right clicking on the database and then click on backup from the drop down list.
There will be a screen that appear as below after clicking on Backup.
Click on the select button right next to Save in, the following screen will then appear as below:
Make sure the "Files of Type" states as below (*.adb).
