Hello! Some filters that we used in ARIS are gone. These filters were set internally a few years ago. This is the first time that this type of problem occurs. Could you kindly help us?

Did you already check with an administrator's user account that the filters really disappeared from the ARIS server?
Did you also check how backups are done?
Which of the most recent backups still had your filters still included?
How data is getting restored in such cases?
If neither you nor your ARIS administrator can answer that, I think the best is to open a support ticket and review in detail when those filters were still available and accessed.
