Good day,

i would like to know if there is any way to track activities in ARIS

like for example, if there are new developed models in spesific folder

when and who made these changes

Hi,

Select the folder you need to explore, then Find command (Ctr+F), then see the attached screen: you can check changes for the period of time. That is the simplest way to check changes.

Only manually, one by one - Properties, > Attributes

or, if this is a routine task for you, you need a script, which e.g. exports this data to Excel

Even for an average team, when you know who is accountable for what domain, that is enough of the first method

Alex

Hi,

There the script attached, there are two sheets in Excel, one for models, one for objects

In the dialog, you are just adding a number of days from the present day.

Alex
