Is there a possibility in ARIS to enable automated user notification if a process map becomes out-dated?
Our initial idea is to add the process owner's e-mail address to the process attributes together with an "expiration date". Once the date becomes overdue, meaning process modifcation date remained unchanged, the user would receive a notification.

I am not aware of any out-of-the box functionality that provides this feature, even though I think it is a very attractive one. The solution might be a mix of a report and ARIS Process Governance (run a search on "Last modified" > x days and then trigger the email notifications).

thank you for your timely response. Currently we do not own ARIS Process Governance, we have to stick to shared reports for the users at present. However, it might interesting to evaluate PG's benefits.
