Hello.
I'm having an issue with Aris Architect 9.8 installation. I launch the "setup" file, the InstallShield Wizard starts, and after a few seconds an error pops up (picture attached to the post). I click OK, and the installation stops, and nothing happens.
Hope you can help me. Any suggestions highly appreciated.

Dear Pavel,
Did you try to install on a Windows Server? Then I recommend to start the setup from a local disk and not from a network drive, and using the context menu item "Run as Administrator".

I'm also facing a similar issue on a Windows 7 machine.
InstallShield aborts with no error message. I've tried on two other Windows 10 PCs and from different sources downloaded from Download Center (iso and zip files). They don't seem to be corrupted.
Any ideas? I understand Windows Server is not a prerequisite for the Client, right?

Indeed, an empty window doesn't say much.
Could you please check whether there is a file ARIS_Install.log in folder %temp%?
