ARIS Cloud password reset issue - Password not being accepted

Hello ARIS team,

I have recently joined ARIS cloud. But I am unable to set the password.

Whenever I use the link sent in my email to change the password, it directs me to this page and I am unable to change the password, no matter what password I use.

I am using a combination of Uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters - but still the website does not accept any password stating it does not meet the requirements.

I urgently need help.
