Hello everybody!
I'm having the following error when starting an Aris and SAP SOLMAN synchronization:
I've already checked the ports (as oriented bellow, by Sascha) and everything it's ok.
The SAP port entries int the Windows Services file should be look like that: sapdp00 3200/tcp sapdp01 3201/tcp sapdp02 3202/tcp .... sapgw96 3396/tcp sapgw97 3397/tcp sapgw98 3398/tcp sapgw99 3399/tcp sapmss04 3600/tcp
I'm using ARIS 7.2 and SAPJCO 3.0.8.
SAP GUI 7.20 - Patch Level 10.
Please, send me some instructions!!
Thanks in advance!
Hi André,
you have to keep in mind that the ARIS SolMan synchronization runs on the server side that means that you have to check the port situation on the system on which ARIS business server runs.
Is there a firewall that blocks the connection?
Did you check if the connect to the Solman on the server system is possible via SAP FrontEnd.
Did you consider the port order of the Windows Services file? (It does not work if you insert the entry "sapdp00 3200/tcp" after e.g. port 5000)
Best regards,
Sascha
Hi Sascha!
Thanks for the reply.
I'm trying to start the synchronization by my LOCAL server, so I checked the right ports.
The ports order are right too.
Yes, I'm able to connect to the SOLMAN by SAP FrontEnd, no problems at all.
No firewall blocks.
My collegue did the synchronization normally (to the same SOLMAN server), so I think the problem lies on my computer. He had the same problem and resolved it changing the name of SOLMAN (In the SAP FrontEnd) to the IP Address. But I've tryed the same and didn't work...
Any other suggestion?
Thank you very much for the support.
