Hi André,

The Log files (.txt) should be stored in your laptop as defined here after.

Hope it works in the same way on your's.

Best regards

Hi André,

indeed the log files of the ARIS SolMan synchronization are places in 'C:\Users\%USER%\ARIS71\log'.

But if you get the message that your SAP environment is not approved then you have to confirm the message dialog with "Yes" and then the SAP synchronization will be started and then you get the log file. There isn't generate a log file before you start the synchronization.

The correct message should be ".... is contained in the log file after the synchronization" :-)

If you would avoid this message then you have to update the transport request with the ARIS SolMan synchronization interface. It is recommend that you use the transport request that fits to the ARIS version. If you use ARIS 7.2 SR2 then you should take the transport request 'SOLK900660'. You can find the transport request at the ARIS installation DVD or at the ARIS download center.

Best regards,

Sascha

 Hello Sascha,

I was wondering if you could please provide further detail per your statment above, "If you would avoid this message then you have to update the transport request with the ARIS SolMan synchronization interface. It is recommend that you use the transport request that fits to the ARIS version. If you use ARIS 7.2 SR2 then you should take the transport request 'SOLK900660'. You can find the transport request at the ARIS installation DVD or at the ARIS download center."

We are currently using ARIS 7.1 and just upgraded to SolMan version 7.1 (from version 7) over the weekend.  As myself and the other ARIS Admin were testing sychronization for the upgrade, we received the message above that "the SAP Environment you are using has not been approved".  All of our test scenarios were completed successfully and nothing seemed wrong other than this message at the beginning of the sync.

How would be go about updating the transport request with the ARIS SolMan synchronization interface?  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

-Tim D.
