We have some Users - not power users that cannot change the Object Appearance - they get the error "DIFFERENT" in the color pallet.
Does anyone know what is overriding them that will not allow the ability to change Object Appearance? We checked with a dummy account and the same issues - even with functional Privileges added to user.
Any thoughts would be appreciated - we have checked many things already and can't seem to find the setting.
Thank you sir, that was the ticket - we did an audit and we where taking away some users ability to change Method Filters - we did not notice the Method Functional Privilege also controls this Object Appearance. We also use templates for object apperances as well so we were confused what was causing that issue.
