Hi Amine,
You can modify something only by editing the Layout, in case just go to 'Administration > Configuration > Manage configuration Sets'. In this section will see the default classic layout and you can copy to create a customized Layout based in this one, to each Layout you can change some options.
To be more professional, all customization can be done by Xml files and requires some knowledge. The Software AG offers a trainning or also a consulting services, plese see this link to know more about the training.
