Good afternoon to all,
I need a little help setting up the Contacts tab in ARIS Connect.
When we are in ARIS Connect home page, if the standard layout has not been changed, one of the tabs we see on the left side is "Contacts" (Image 1).
First question: Is this tab linked to UMC? I don't think so because there are users who are appearing in "Contacts" and are no longer at UMC.
Second question: How can I configure and select which people I want to appear? Furthermore, I want this configuration to be done in a transversal way for all users, in the other words, all users who log into ARIS Connect and consult the "Contacts" must see exactly the same thing (same contacts).

About your 1st question:
All users here comes from UMC but only administrator function and can only be modified by adjusting the function privilege, and seems that 'no longer' users still available in UMC. If you're using Ldap synchronization you could check the 'ldap synchronization' chapter from 'Admininstration Guide' available on the DVD and should synchonize again...

About your 2st question:
Maybe this help page can explain how to edit this, and you can also contact the Professional Services of Software Ag and they can offer some customization service because is not configurable as you desired by default.
