Dear all,

I am writing to get some advice regarding what the best practice is to model risk. Currently, I am using an EPC to diagram the process, and I add FADs to the activities to showcase the associations

As you can see in the FAD diagram I was able to add a cause to a risk, but I am not sure how do associate several causes to the same risk.

After doing some research I found that ARIS 7.2 has a new risk modeling called the Bow tie methodology, an example is shown here:

However, I am not sure how to connect the Bow tie Diagram with the FAD, and I am wondering if there are other ways to solve my initial problem (adding several causes to a risk).

I hope you can give me some advice regarding what to do, or tell me where to search.

Kind regards,

Anais

Hello

You may assign the Bowtie Diagram to the Risk object you are using. It might be useful if you share with us what is your context, i.e. what is the expecting outcome of this modelling effort of yours

Kind Regards

Thank you very much for your answer. I actually didn't try to assign the bowtie to a Risk, a simple but brilliant solution to my problems.
