Hi Anandh,

I'm still not 100% sure which exam you are talking about. Are you referring to: http://www.mostlyweb.com/idsscheer/certtool/index.php?

In that case, click on the Support link on the left sidebar. There, you will find an outline of the exam and also an email address you can write to if you have further questions.

It's about ABA, ABD.

Regarding books, I would suggest:

ARIS Design Platform - Getting stsrted with BPM by Rob Davis & Eric Brabaender.

ARIS Design Platform - Advanced Process Modelling & Administration by Rob Davis

Of course you can find a number of books and ebooks on the net about modelling framework, etc, one of which is ARIS - Business process Frameworks by Prof. Dr. Dr August Wilhem Scheer.

The exam is taken online and is awarded with the Certified ARIS Professional Certificate.

Moreover you can find a number of interesting whitepapers and articles about ARIS and BPM in general on the net itself.

Just use any search engine (Google, Altavista, etc) and you shall find these quite easily.
