i want to map the SAP Authorization matrix in ARIS.
Pls help me which model i need to use for that?

I thought the question was good, but the lack of replies either indicates that the question was dumb or that nobody has a clue.
Checking in my ARIS 7.0, I found the authorization matrix model as the type that seems to be intended for the purpose. I suspect however, that the SAP authorizations are so extensive that few ever bother to maintain a model of them in ARIS. They rely instead upon spreadsheets and the internal tools of SAP. I have never seen anyone model them, and I work in an area in which SAP must be validated.

Paul is right, SAP authorizations are extremely extensive, and really very difficult to map into ARIS.
The better thing you can do is to map into ARIS the standard SAP roles, that at the end are directly connected to authorizations. Infact, you can work better with roles in SAP in build users' profiles.
If you link roles to your EPCs, then you can easily create a matrix: SAP activities (that is: transactions) vs roles. Looking at this matrix, it is less complex to build authorizations into SAP.

yes what you can do is to download the organization structure from Solution Manager into ARIS for SAP and map those roles with your real business roles and their corresponding transactions.
Using this as the base for your authorization concept in SAP system.
