When i tag the Role to activity, its showing only one connection type.
If its show option that would be great to model the Business process.

Hi Anandh,
yes, you will see, that in Express, there does exist only one connection type. You will never see the "connection selection" dialog.
(The only exception is the "hotspot" bar: the new feature to place and connect objects. There, you can set the direction).
But in Express, it should be easy: so if you connect a role to an activity, it means that this role is executing ("carries out") that activity.

For designing the Business Process thats fine.
when you design the organization struture(some people belongs to particular team and some others are manger or superior) we need the connection section.
Correct me if i am wrong.

you are absolutely right.
Since there is just one connection type, you need another way to model that. In the organizational chart, you could model the structure you mentioned like that:
For that, we prepared the fragment "Roles and Persons", which you can find in your fragment list for organization units

I'am agrre with P Anandh. It is true that AE should be simple. But it would have been nice to be able to distinguish at least 4 types of connection of the RACI.
