Hello dear ARIS Community,
I am running into a problem right now. I would like to create more attributes like title 1 and link 1, i.e. I would need title 5-7 and link 5-7. Creating the attributes is no problem at all, but I can't get the link between title and link right now. If I enter Title 1 and Link 1 as attributes and then place them on the object, I see Title 1 plus the link icon (outlined in red in the image) and not the value of Link 1 (e.g. a URL). This is the desired result. However, with my new attributes, unfortunately, when link 6 is placed, both the link icon and the value (i.e., the URL) are displayed (outlined in green in the image). This must be related to the fact that title 6 and link 6 are not yet "linked". However, I don't know how to connect these two attributes so that they show the same properties and behaviors as Title 1 and Shortcut 1.
I would greatly appreciate a possible solution.
Thanks.

Hallo liebe ARIS Community,
Danke.
Hello Veronika,
thanks for your possible solution, but I need the Chrome browser icon, because this is simply clickable and so that then the appropriate page opens. With this, our employees can open the stored web pages quite quickly and easily.
Many greetings
Andreas
If you already have a Chrome symbol in your method available, then I would use that and display the attribute value (link) as symbol- and then I would place the attribute value (title) next to it.
If you don't yet have a Chrome symbol in your method (I just checked ours and there is none), then you'll need to create one with the ARIS symbol editor and import your newly created object.
Does that help?
Best,
Veronika
The Chrome symbol isn't part of the method, but it gets loaded from the ARIS Server. I think you can replace the standard icon for links in a new sub folder 'icons' in folder C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\bin\work\work_abs_m\base\webapps\abs. There, place a icon file titled as 'html.ico'.
But the original problem is how to combine a new set of Link and Title attributes. I don't know the answer. Maybe via a support ticket a solution could be found.

Hello Veronika,
unfortunately not, because with the data type "Link/File" I can't just show the icon (see screenshots). I have created an attribute zzz_link 5 with the data type link/file (see screenshot) and an attribute zzz_title 5 as data type text.
With zzz_Title 5 I can only show a symbol (see screenshot attribute title with symbol), but with zzz_Link 5 this does not work and is grayed out (see screenshot attribute link without symbol). Then I unfortunately come to the unsatisfactory result.
Desired result would be: The Google Chrome icon should be displayed and clickable --> direct link to the URL and the title should be "SB".
Many greetings
Andreas
