I am trying for a while to upload process ARIS Express maps to ARIS Architect, I receive a message "You do not have the function privilege "Database Export" required for performing an ADF import". Even the Admin is receiving the same message.

see the information about the import of ADF files in the ARIS help:
Yes, the name "database export" for the function right might irritate you, since it is use not only for exporting database content, but importing data as well.
