I have created  few models and objects using script but the relationship looks like little awkward.

I want to align connection using script.

I found one related post on below mentioned link.Please have a look you will definitely understand that what I want to say.

I tried this and it is working fine by doing manually align the connection.

but I want to do the same task using script. Is there any function available to do this?

any help will much appreciated.
