The connection type with API name CT_MAY_CHG_PRIVIL is not available in Aris Connect when a model editing.

Hello,

I created a test model type in ARIS Architect &Designer with two symbols: an Organizational unit and an Internal Person and the type of connection CT_MAY_CHG_PRIVIL between these symbols.

When I opened this model in ARIS Connect in the editing mode, the connection became unavailable.

However, if you open the same model in ARIS Connect in the "View Publication" mode, the connection is rendered correctly and is available for viewing.

The methodological filter is Entire. I checked the problem in versions 10.0.13, 10.0.19 and 10.0.25

What is the reason for this problem? maybe it's a bug? I have also noticed that this type of connection refers to the Privileges diagram by default. But this type of chart is not displayed in the ARIS Connect.

Here is a hypothesis:

Since you mentioned this connection type occurs in the privileges diagram, it might be that this method element is restricted for a particular licence type. The privileges diagram requires the UML Designer licence according to the method help: abs/help/en/method/#/home/HELPID_MT_WRKFLW_RGHT_MAN/en/1

So it may well be that the connection type is not available in Entire Method for modelling, if you do not have that licence.

Viewers in the portal can consume all modelled content.

I checked them, but unfortunately, even with the UML Designer licence, the situation has not changed and the connections and The privileges diagram have not appeared in repository section ARIS Connect.
