, we are faced with such a problem. If you remove ARIS from one version of the machine and then install another version, errors occur. Apparently there are some still undeleted folders and files. How can they be detected? Which folders should I search in?

on Windows the default installation path is C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0
If you are not sure try to find the log file created by the installer: %temp%\ARIS_install_full.log
The uninstall procedure creates automatic backups remaining in the path.
