Dear All,
ARIS Process Governance Data Flow error encountered whenever multiple users assigned a task through a pre-selected filter complete a task through Task List/Process Board which triggers another task assigned to another set of multiple users through a pre-selected filter. This is exactly the scenario where all users have sign off a task at for so that the process is triggered to the next level.Thererfore,presently APG is not able the fulfill the scenario where multiple signatories at a particular level have to sign off a task and escalate the process to multiple signatories at another level. It is throwing an ARIS Process Governance Data flow error when this scenario is attempted through a pre-selection filter.
This scenario could not be fulfilled even when different combinations of Execute policy and Commit policies were attempted through the attributes menu. This error is also being observed even in the Reference Governance Automation models provided by Software AG when trying to execute a multiuser sign-off scenario using the pre-selection filter .For e.g.: The Governance Model- Continuous Improvement Process/Change Management
Please could anyone help m ein resolving this error.
