ARIS Upgrade to V10, SR22 Process

Dear Anoop,

I assume you are running ARIS Server on a company computer or VM, and not being a customer of our ARIS SaaS hosting.

The update process depends on various parameters:

• From which ARIS version do you start from?
  Just SR21 to SR22, or an older release?
   
• How big is the ARIS user data?
  The update creates first a backup which takes longer when ARIS holds lots of data
   
• Have your ARIS users configured much on top of the plain installation?
  Customizing and some configurations might require a data migration after the software update is done
