ARIS Upgrade to V10, SR22 Process

Hello,

Has anyone upgraded to ARIS v10, SR 22? Does anyone know the process and how long it takes to upgrade to this version? Any details would be great.

Dear Anoop,

I assume you are running ARIS Server on a company computer or VM, and not being a customer of our ARIS SaaS hosting.

The update process depends on various parameters:

From which ARIS version do you start from?
Just SR21 to SR22, or an older release?
How big is the ARIS user data?
The update creates first a backup which takes longer when ARIS holds lots of data
Have your ARIS users configured much on top of the plain installation?
Customizing and some configurations might require a data migration after the software update is done

At last, Software AG offers installation and update services.
