I am displaying column-values in a text-field. This is working fine.
I want however to display a default text "No values necessary" when there is no value in the datafield (i.e. the Excel-sheet)
Is there a way to do this?

No, currently labels (and all charts) do not support this. The combo box is the only component where something like "Display user defined text for empty selection" might be enabled.
But there are plenty data feed operators to search for empty cells or replace empty values by something else. -

Will you expand your definition of "combo box" and "data feed operators?" What are these functions and how do I use them.
