Aris Express does not download. It responses: Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

what do you mean by download in ARIS Express? You can save the model as data file of type .adf or you can export the model as data file type PDF/RTF with or without model information.
AE is not a client/server software but a file oriented desktop version. You need write access to the directory where you want to save or export the model.
