In our tenant management UI our backup started failing with:
"Scheduled backup not executed. Missing credentials in configuration. backup started failing a few days ago with the message "
If I manually execute the backup it succeeds logged in as superuser.
Any insight into what configuration file I need to modify and what credentials it's looking for? Or what event could have happened to cause this to remove the credentials?

I have run into this same issue but may have just found the fix.
If you select the user in the top right corner then Options you can enter an authorized user. Hopefully this resolves the issue.
