Dear colleagues,
My tentatives to activate Aris Express fhave been unsucssesful. I can't go beyond the step 3, "Enter Login Data".
I've already tried to configure Java proxy in two different way, both failed.
If "Use browser settings" is set I got a pop up screen with 'Proxy Config' is undefined.
However if proxy is excplicitly defined it doesn't work either, please see the message on the attached file.
Could someone please help?

Hi,
is it possible, that you are using a "pac" configuration for your proxy? Depending on that configuration, the connect to the community might fail. I'd recomment specifying the proxy directly instead of using the pac configuration.
We had that issue before and that was how we solved it. If you're not sure what to specify here, please ask your IT.
