I installed Aris, but when activating the account, it performs authentication and does not proceed, no error message appears.
I already tested another against and another computer but the result is the same.

I'm dealing with the same problem.
IT center tried to solve the problem, but situation is still same as on your picture.
Probably it's external issue.
I've contacted ARIS and hope to get feedback.

Dear colleagues,
I have the same question/issue. As I understood Aris did not even try to send user information - I wittingly put wrong user information and Aris did not inform me that I used wrong name/password, just freezing on this step, I waited for one day as was recommended on the other threads, but nothing changed.
I have same issue.. it is installed a year back.. and this problem is there since inception.
Not sure what is the issue
