Unable to Activate the ARIS application tool

Hi All,

I have followed all the methods mentioned in the FAQs to activate my ARIS express tool. Still unable to login using the credentials. I am able to login to the web using the same; however while using the application it is not successful,

had the same problem.. latest java und deinstall ARIS Express, than install again mit the latest download

Hi,

I have installed the latest Java (Ver 1.8.0_181-bt13) and ARIS Express tool still the issue persists. Can you provide alternative solution
