After restarting the server, the ability to download reports from the Aris database disappeared. The program writes "Aris Design Server Unavailable." Please tell me how you can solve this problem. The server has been restarted several times. No results. At the same time, there is access to database models, and they can be modeled (create new ones, adjust existing objects and models). Thanks!

The message comes from the server, and looks like database stopped. Do you have some external Database like Oracle or SQL ?
Please if you have some external database, in this case you can stop all runnable in server via Aris Cloud Controller and stop the instance of external database, and the both sides are stopped, then you can start first the instance of external database and afterwards the runnables via Aris Cloud Controlller. This will refresh all connections and bring the ARIS again, and another test could start a ARIS Client directly from the Server and test the connectivity.
