You may want to enroll the training course ARIS Modeler Essentials (E731-79E) to learn the basics.
And in case you are not modeling/designing processes, but rather analyzing/mining process based on run-time data using ARIS Process Mining, then ARIS Process Mining SaaS Essentials (E775-79E) is a great way to start your learning curve.
