ARIS Cloud for Students | Single-user public cloud

I tried to subscribe ARIS Cloud for Students | Single-user public cloud but I got the message that "We are very sorry, but due to a technical infrastructure problem, we are currently unable to send you a license key. Please try again later. An administrator has been informed " on the page. I' ve been trying for two days but it still didn't work. Can you please help? Thanks!
