solved, need to install java 8.0, then set it in the openwebstart

Getting also an error-message: "Apple konnte nicht überprüfen, ob „express.jnlp“ frei von Schadsoftware ist, die deinen Mac beschädigen oder deine Privatsphäre verletzen kann." Means apple can't check the software is free from Virus and therefore Installation will not work.
Solution is to change settings for the program and to unblock the installation.

I didn't find anything regarding this issue because it seems only happened in local system.
However, seeing the error message this "net.sourceforge.jnlp.LaunchException" indicates that the Java application failed to start because it could not find its "Main Class," which is essential for launching.
The error is often triggered by security restrictions on unsigned Java archives (jars) or issues with the local Java cache.
