Hi,
I'm currently evaluating Aris MashZone. Now there are 2 problems that occur frequently:
1. When I share a Mashapp without login it is possible that after some time (1-2 days) if I try to use the link again I have to login?!
To solve this problem I'd have to share the Mashapp again. But as it is thought that we use MashZone as an tool for the intranet where everyone can view the Mashapps it is kind of contraproductive if we have to do daily maintenance so that the users don't need to log in.
2nd problem: One of the databases the Mashapp connects to is rebooted on a daily basis at night with a downtime of ~5minutes. Since the max timeout I can set in Mashzone is 120sec this means that some of the elements will show "lost database connection" every morning.
Is there a way around this problem?

I cannot really help you for your first problem, but as for the second one - when the error occurs, please try switching back to MashZone's "Home" view, wait for a minute or so and switch back to the MashApp. The error messages on the elements should be gone now.
Do you have a high refresh rate set in the relevant MashApp and the underlying feeds that access the database (< 30 seconds)?
