Good afternoon,
since the new version of Aris Cloud has been released we have ecountered this problem: the pdf report for the graphic is not available.
We tried to change also the browser (Mozzilla, Chrome, Explorer) but the result is the same, it doesn’t work.
The problem is present in several “rooms”.
We need a quick solution for this problem.

I made some report tests in the diagram type "Organizational chart". Meanwhile I tried to swap also the languages.
I attached the results.

We plan to solve this effect with the new ARIS Cloud release 10 Service Release.This service release is planned for end of May/ beginning of June.
