I would like to have a support about the possibility to set the italian language when the designer opens the DB; I am not able to find this setting.

Ciao Lucia,
the current behaviour of Connect was explained in here. If your browser settings are not blocked by an admin policy your users can rearrange the order of preferred languages to Italian first.
Or you support this feature request.
