ARIS Download chrashes

Hi,

somehow the download via the link in the license mail keeps crashing on the computers of my colleges and myself. On my machine, it ends just after one second. On the computers of the other students it is able to download around 200 MB before it crashes. Does anybody know what to do or who to contact?

i cant download the file every time i start downloading it stops at 200mb i used wifi the cable i even tried in school but still same problem
Please solve this problem as soon as possible
and also i sent several request for cloud but no response

pls i need help
