Hi,
ARIS apparently has a serious limitation when it comes to working with different tools.
We have ARIS in a complex environment, and need to integrate several tools within it. However, it seems to be impossible to have other tools query ARIS for data within it, or operate it somehow.
For example: let´s say our mail app needs some data about the organizational structure of a company. All the org. charts and related info are within ARIS. How would the mail app ask ARIS for information? There's no way to do that, that I know of !
ARIS needs an API...it needs to answer to webservice calls, it needs to work better in an environment where it's not the single player. It needs to share its data and work when demanded by other tools, not only by end users.
Please tell me this problem already has a solution :-/
